It's a fine table. And the answer to the question is sticking out all over it. All you have to do is pick one pair of X & Y and plug them into the equation. The first pair says that 2 is k times 3. The second pair says that 4 is k times 6. The third pair says that 6 is k times 9. The fourth pair says that 8 is k times 12. They all say the same thing. K is 2/3.
