As an investigator you must be able to answer a variety of questions both off and on the stand. You must be able to present facts in an unbiased fashion thereby lending credibility to your conclusions. The veracity and credibility of the information/evidence you provide determines the outcome of the case through the triers of facts. Discuss the means through which an investgator both loses and retains credibilty in the eyes of the trier of fact. Incorporate the knowledge you have gained through your reading thus far.
