X has entered a contract with Y for the sale of peace of land. X sells the land on the condition that Y builds a wall between the two pieces of land to separate the property. Y later resells the property without building the wall. X wants to claim for the cost of building the wall, and the cost of his loss of privacy due to the lack of the wall. Can X claim damages for the cost of building of wall, and the loss of his privacy/ Explain under the relevant provisions of law of contract act 1872.
