Zsófia, who works in the European Deli & Market (Deli) owned by Boglárka, was picking up some Pastrami for the Deli. On the way back to the Deli, Zsófia went through a drive-through at a fast food restaurant to get a soda. While in line, she bumped the vehicle in front of her that was owned by Agoston. Zsófia did not have insurance. Agoston asked Boglárka to pay for the damage to his bumper. Boglárka refused on the basis that she never gave Zsófia authority to stop for a soda. Discuss, using the principles and theories of agency, and language used in the textbook, whether Boglárka should be held liable, and why or why not (pay attention to the hints)?
