What is the relationship between employment tribunal and the employment appeal tribunal

The Employment Appeal Tribunal (EAT) decides appeals from the decisions of the Employment Tribunal, the Certification Officer and, in certain cases, the Central Arbitration Committee. The EAT considers appeals which raise questions of law

the first part of the statute of limitations is the standard deadline, which gives victims of medical malpractice a certain number of years -- usually anywhere from two to six years, depending on the state -- after the malpractice occurred within which to file a lawsuit.
