Directions: read each hypothetical then analyze it going through the steps below for each plaintiff. Copy and paste from the question into your answer and write your answer beneath the question. For each problem I have written down the number of plaintiffs so you should be copying and pasting that many times. If I don't have an amount of damages but there are damages you can just write "yes" for damages. Who is the plaintiff?
