Many people speak quite heatedly about the condition of our country—its laws, its leaders, and its economy. A high portion of these vocal dissenters do not vote themselves. If they do not vote, should they be allowed to complain about how the government functions? Why or why not? What responsibilities do these people have to the government? What freedoms do they enjoy?
