Molly is going shopping at a book store. While she chooses a book, she sees a man having a gun in his pocket. Molly is the only one who sees the gun but then ignores assuming it’s a toy gun. All of a sudden the man shoots the book store owner. Molly and the book store owner and the man were the only people there so Molly and the man are both in court, is Molly guilty along with the man?
