The court is a toothless tiger without the law because the law controls the courts through the administration of various punishments and fines according to what the law instructs.

Judgements passed by the judges in the court are as a result of the laid down rules and regulation governing the area. When there is absence of law then the courts will become useless in tackling such issue.

i think it can have both positive and negative effects on businesses.

for example:

lets say you own a small business and taxes go up 4% that means it is going to cost your business more money to buy product to sell. but at the same time you make more money from the tax rise.

that is my theory.
