it has to include the following;
- the amendment
- when It was ratified
- why and how it was added to the constitution
- early history of the right

it should be;
- clear and informative/explanatory thesis that describes why and how the right or liberty came to be protected by the constitution
- specific evidence (quotes) from the amendment itself and credible sources
- an analysis of the historical context of the amendment and civil right.
