Any driver under 21 years of age who is stopped by a police officer
and found to have a blood alcohol level (BAC) of .02 or higher will
automatically:
o Be assigned to 50 hours of community service.
o Have their driver's license suspended for 6 months.
o Pay a fine of $500.00.
o Lose their car insurance for that state.
