Why is evidence introduced into court by a prosecutor always denied by the judge as evidence when the said warrant to be obtained illegally but the welfare of the victim was (kidnapping) at stake, but when the attorney introduces the evidence from said illegal warrant it is now in the favor of the attorney and the warrant is allowed to enter said place and look for said evidence?

all i have to say is that people are truly ignorant and don't have anything better to do with their lives.
