Why do we still have a long way to go with regards to women’s rights and gender equality worldwide

Because even if we now have more equality and rights as women did in the 50’s-60’s, women continue to not get paid as much as men. A woman who has made A’s her whole life gets paid the same amounts of money a man does who made C’s his whole life. Yes, women are now allowed to become higher occupations, but we continue to not get enough credit or recognition for those occupations.
