What goals/purposes of the criminal justice system justify criminal action against snowden? why?

First off your sworn to an Oath. Snowden knew what his job duties were. His actions put lives of people that took same Oath as he. He has and had no right to risk the cover and lives of those other agents. Idc what he knows this day and age of technology " spying" is necessary. People always wanna know the "truth" that is until the "truth'' is spoken and hate to sound cliche ,people cant handle the truth.

i think it can have both positive and negative effects on businesses.

for example:

lets say you own a small business and taxes go up 4% that means it is going to cost your business more money to buy product to sell. but at the same time you make more money from the tax rise.
