Can a 18 year old (adult) be forced to go places he doesn't wanna go to by his parents?

No because when u are 18 u have your freedom to do what ever u want to do and not be force by anybody. Even thought 18 is not a fully grown adult he/she is not a baby anymore so no. By the law the parent of a 18 year old have the right to don't take care of him/her anymore so by that he have the right to do what they wanted without getting force.
