The answer is C) the right to be left alone or in other words the right to privacy. Griswold v. Connecticut was one case that helped to set this precedent. It was ruled that the “constock law” which prohibited any use of drug or instrument for the use of preventing contiseption was unconstitutional and violated the right to marital privacy. In Roe v. Wade  it was ruled that a women had a right to abortion as long as it was not in her third trimester of pregnancy. This was also to protect the right to privacy or to be left alone.
