The process of industrialization is called a revolution because it brought about many changes, which affect the lives of the people very greatly. industrialization impacted the lives of the people of that era in many ways, for instance, it changed the working environments of the people completely. before industrialization, men typically worked on the farms and other informal settings and women worked at home, but with the advent of industrialization, the location of work changed to industries and both men and women and even the children began to work in industries.  industrialization also made many to leave their rural homes and moved to the towns, where these industries were located. also, before industrialization, products are made by hands, but with the advent of industrialization, industrial machines came into the scene and it become possible to make products in large quantities. this allowed manufacturers to develop many new products.
