What countries have limited and unlimited governments?

United states has the limited government,,
also many other countries have limited governments...
but no country in the world has unlimited government because either a nation has limited government or has no government ,,, but it is impossible for a country to have unlimited government,,
remember that unlimited government and capitalist system are two different things... :)
