The characteristics have helped stateless societies to endure many centuries because the stateless societies doesn’t have any centralized system of power by which this had allowed them to stay working for a period of time and that everyone were given equal power, in order the resolve problems in a quick manner.

one of the major compromises in the constitutional convention was between the small states and big states. the small states wanted each state to have the same number of representatives in congress. the big states wanted representation based on population.
