According to the ninth amendment to the constitution, what do the "enumerated rights" in the bill of rights not do?

The ninth amendment of the US constitution mentions that the rights of the citizens can have more rights than what is listed in the constitution. It was passed to dismiss the notion that the rights which were not mentioned  in the constitution did not exist. The rights provided by the ninth amendment are the rights that protect fundamental rights form the infringement by the government. These rights exist with Fundamental rights. They do not infringe upon the fundamental rights mentioned in the constitution.

what if dreaming is our natural state, and we only wake to collect information for our dreams.

if we were to fully devote our bodies, minds, and consciousness to dreaming, how far would it go? we could essentially reach a new plain of existence were we here in these bodies are sleeping, but an entire universe of endless possibilities, happening right in our head.

that could be the way we reach some of these scientific feats that we all seem to want. we could connect to many other things. that could be the way we connect to extra-terrestrial, and even spirits of the dead.

dreaming is something that humans take for ranted, when really, it could be the key to the universe.
