There is no map, but the Portuguese focused efforts on Africa and Asia.
 
In Africa, the Portuguese explored the coastline and set up trade posts around the whole continent. They were very involved with the slave trade and ran many of the exchanges between Africans and Europeans. 

In Asia, Portuguese efforts were concentrated in Southeast Asia and along the Indian coastline. These efforts were focused on connecting trading companies in Asia as well as getting access to resources.
