Do the industrialized nations of the western hemisphere have the right
to impose their economic
and political will on the rest of the world?

This is of course somewhat of a subjective question, but in general most would agree that "no," these nations do not have such a right, since sovereignty of a country should almost always be respected, even if that country does not share the values of your native land.
