The right to personal privacy is a good example of it, since it's not specifically mentioned in the Constitution, however the Judiciary system has interpreted that the Bill of Rights (1789) has created this right by protecting people's freedom in certain aspects such as the privacy of beliefs (1st Amendment), privacy of the home against demands that it be used to house soldiers (3rd Amendment), privacy of the person and their possessions against government agents' searches without probable cause that they had committed a crime(4th Amendment), and others.
