What beliefs influenced europeans views of themselves & other cultures & how did these beliefs affect their actions

Europeans were very passionate about their culture and had a lot of pride in it. They thought that they were better than other cultures. They viewed themselves as superior because of their monotheistic beliefs. Other people were bitter towards them. Their beliefs impacted how they treated people because they did not treat people nicely.
