After the death of Suleyman, the Ottoma's Government became incredibly corrupt and care less  about their people.
They also adopt European's nobles lavish lifestyle that focus on using the country wealth to buy luxurious items rather than the items for its own people, and eventually lead to Ottoman's economic slump.
