Describe two steps you could take personally to support refugees fleeing persecution from other countries. why would these steps be and effective

1. Support groups that gather food, funds, etc for refugees (ppl coming into a country bc they r fleeing harsh realities like war, persecution, political unrest, etc). This would help new immigrants get a start here.
2. Support politicians who support legal immigration of these ppl into the country. Usually there is a limit on how many refugees, and how many immigrants overalla country can take in according to its legislature.
