The presidency is awarded to the candidate who wins

In some countries the presidency is awarded to the candidate who wins most votes at a popular vote. In countries like the United States the presidency is awarded to the country that wins the most electoral college votes. Some countries give presidency to those who win the majority of votes after a couple of voting turns.

Do you have more info about it ? i doubt this is the answer because i don't have all the information but if trouble was brewing in a clinic maybe it was an argument as to which clinic was better or smth of that nature
