Because he was an American landscape architect, journalist and botanist, famous for designing many well-known urban parks, including Central Park and Prospect Park, both in New York. Another of his projects, was the oldest coordinated public park and avenue system in the country, Buffalo, New York; the oldest state park in the country: the Niagara Falls Reserve, in Niagara Falls, New York; Mont-Royal Park, Montreal; the Emerald Necklace, in Boston, Massachusetts; Cherokee Park (in addition to the avenue system) in Louisville, Kentucky; as well as Jackson Park, Washington Park and Midway Plaisance in for the World's Columbian Exposition in Chicago; part of the Detroit Belle Isle park; the gardens of the United States Capitol; and the George Washington Vanderbilt II building, the Biltmore Estate, in North Carolina.

honestly i really it keep confusion down on some sides

health care plans in the united states having high costs because they are focusing on providing quality programs for different groups of individuals. the quality of the service is based on money flow received from the members. without this investment, couldn't be possible a constant scientific searching to prevent death and illness caused because of low levels of health investigation. currently, the complaints are not about the highest cost, but about the coverage and benefits to access the necessary health services required by the members.  

besides, if a global health system is established the quality levels will fall down because of the standardized of the health. the access to care will increase but the quality will be low because it depends on the money invested.
