Ranking of a country is done on the basis of official data and facts, and so the UN ranked Sweden as the one with the best social policy. Social policy is not subject to the market and its laws, but it is implemented by the government, bearing in mind the human aspect, not profit, social justice, equal opportunity for all, social care of the unemployed, real concern about increasing employment, improving the economy with healthy grounds. Thus, in Sweden and in all Scandinavian countries, social equality is represented, the education of people is encouraged, and according to surveys, Scandinavians are the happiest people and live the longest.
