It could stir down to issue in regards of residents living in the area. The residents will might feel upset and unsettling to have roads build or canals near their home as it may be dangerous and will be time consuming when building the contraption and disturb the peace that surrounds the area. Another issue is that it might affect the landscape or the land specifically, especially if it could lead to certain issues when not studied of how the specifics should be done or the floor plan hasn't been well planned.
