Describe the five purposes of government and how those laws apply to the u. s. government

Protection,maintenance of public order,resolution of social conflicts,responsibility for a stable economy and provision of public service are the five purpose of the government. US is the only country which follows all the rules correctly and by the way they follows the rule it is apply for them.
