Choose three laws from Hammurabi’s Code and describe who is involved, what each law describes to do or not do, the consequences for breaking these laws, and how—if at all—the Agricultural Revolution may have influenced these laws. 1. If anyone ensnares another, putting a ban upon him, but he can not prove it, then he that ensnared him shall be put to death.
2. If anyone brings an accusation of any crime before the elders, and does not prove what he has charged, he shall, if it is a capital offense charged, be put to death.
