Heyo! Can any of you guys help me out? I'm taking a history video assignment, but I legit have no idea what I'm doing. Like, my history teacher hasn't been in school for the past week because he had to take his son to college. He kinda just threw these two assignments at me while at the same time being required to do a history project.

I am taking a video assignment "Enlightened Monarchs: Crash Course European History #19".

My final question from the assignment asks this:

"How can government reform be potentially good and bad for people at the same time? If possible draw upon examples from the present and connect to the past of Enlightened despots."

Can any of you guys, like, answer this for me?
