First step in Rene Decartes method

The branch of philosophy that has to do with questions relating to existence and reality is metaphysics.

The first step in the Rene Descartes method is option C "not accepting everything to be true unless such thing is really true".

Some of the rules in the Rene Descartes method include:

• accept nothing as true which isn't self-evident

• problems should be divided into their simplest parts

• to solve problems, one should proceed from the simplest and gradually to the complex ones.
