After the Yalta Conference, Stalin (Soviet Union) reneged, or reversed, on his promise that: A. the Soviet Union would share in the governing of postwar Germany.

B. Russia did little in war against Japan.

C. Poland, Romania, and Bulgaria would become independent countries.

D. technically those were supposed to also be independent.
