Mike Johnson has been the coach of the Beacon City Bolts for the past 15 years. He took over the job when his father retired. He is very set in his ways and is the only one who has access to his playbook. Players are not allowed to miss a practice and must follow all of his rules. If a player questions Mr. Johnson’s coaching style or does not follow Mr. Johnson’s guidelines, the player is removed from the team. Type of Government * Autocracy
