What economic problems did the New Deal not solve?

haitian revolution slaves initiated the rebellion in 1791 and by 1803 they had succeeded in ending not just slavery but french control over the colony

crop rotation kepy different plants in the soil instead of once constintly. when switching out plants you have different nutrients being absorbed at different speeds and different roots growing differently therfore the spoil and water flow have to adapt and carry fresh nutrients to carry the constant changes that were going on in the soil.

it would be  

germany had to pay all damages related to the war.

and i think

germany had to take sole responsibility for the war.

workers should be given a fair share of the wealth their work creates
