Well with the whole amount of wealth that trade had brought into the economy and into the overall general ancient Egyptian Culture. A lot of achievements were made that were possible and here are some examples, beginnings of modern medicine, and disease treatment and prevention and also as the development of an independent, widespread writing system. So the beginnings of meds and primary knowledge, most obviously really helped the famous mummification process and allowed it to become the really important religious part of their time. The creation and use of the writing style also helped in the creation of different, famous and important religious docs and as well as the beginnings of effective taxation of people, and the creation of positions only responsible for recording things like this.
