Which of the Los Topos do you mean?

The most famous were a professional Mexican Rescue team, who got people from under the debris after building collapses (such as from earthquakes, common in Mexico). They are important because they  help a lot of people after the earthquake, and their job is very dangerous and risky.

Their name (Topos de Tlatelolco) was coined by the press and calles them moles (since they spend time underground)

ECO-Reto provides ready-made frameworks and instructions with for curricula and programs that will include principles of environmental sustainability. Those frameworks can then be easily implemented by the participating schools.

Her writing gave voice to the unheard many times. Especially through her status as a very famous writer, her works attract much attention, and this attention is then directed to the topic of her writing: the poor and unprivileged.
She also conducted a lot of journalist work, highlighting many problems. Her possibly most famous and influential book was on the Massacre of Tlatelolco, in which she gave voice to the other, not official, part of the story (which was especially important as the government was the one who  caused the massacre).

The pepenadores are informal recycles, who collect waste and return it to the recycling point, for money. Their The result of their work is an improved ecological situation in Mexico, and raised awareness of the problem of pollution and waste.
