Compare and contrast the primary and latent functions of the major social institutions we studied in this module: the family, politics/government, the economy/work, and education

Family is the primary social institution that all of us are born with. Family does not have to be related by blood. A family is a group of people that will guide you while growing up
Politics and Government is a social institution that keeps our society in order. Without the government, there will be crime and anarchy
Economy is a social institution wherein it helps cater to our needs.People work to earn a living ang to provide got their families.
Education is another social institution that helps children to grow up. Through Education, children learn and acculturate themselves  the norms of our society.

These social institutions are very important in a person's life. Throught this we learn the norms and culture of a society.
