The differences practices of feudalism between Europe and Japan is that the role are that in Europe, the Hierarchy upper class contained of the kings, nobles, knights and lords. The Hierarchy lower class contains peasants, fiefs, vassals and anyone who didnt have enough money to please the king.

The Hierarchy in Japanese upper feudal system contains samurais, daimyos, shoguns, and finally the emperor. The Japanese lower class contained peasants, farmers, artisans, and merchants.
