Anyway when they go on strike they force business giants to their knees by refusing to work, making demands, and also quitting and helping other companies the enemy of their current company making the company they used to work for crumble to their demands. Usually such demands were made in the factories. Also they demanded shorter hours. Business giants responded threatening to fire them all and get new employees but the new employees usually after awhile just made the same demands. So they eventually crumbled and followed the demands so they could keep their company afloat.
