We can say Moldava has a Hilly landscape and that is for sure, however, on a great scale, it is more like  a moderate hilly plateau cut by streams and rivers. There are many fairly plain areas in this country such as the Suceava Plateau, the Moldavian Plain and the bugeac plain. This is why we should not imagine Moldava just as country  surrounded by high peaks and monuntanious but also with plain lands.
