Franklin roosevelt had accomplished more economic and foreign policies for the country. he also made laws for housing. warren harding doesn't have many policies enacted but gave importance to the welfare of veterans, child welfare, and veterans program.   woodrow wilson passed some legislation on his term was able to enforce into law the rights of women to suffrage.

all these past presidents were great leaders of the country. however, their accomplishments are not equal they have different focuses in legislation and had made different impacts on the country's economy.
