Describe what is meant by “classical” and why greece is an example of a classical civilization.

Classical to me would be something that is favoured now that was favoured in the past. favoured meaning worshipped, liked, acknowledged, respected, etc. Greece is a prime example for classic because, for one, it was one of the "classical" and first well know  (now and then) civilizations and other civilizations based their beliefs off of the Greek civilization like the Romans when they overtook the Greek and they based their religion off of there gods lie Poseidon being Neptune and Zeus becoming Jupiter so on and so forth. Explanation: found this from someone else but they used fancy words so I dumed it down for my self bc my teacher know I don't speak like that lol
