When the united states first started out, they came up with the articles of confederation, which served to frame the way that the US should carry things out as a government. However, this system didn't work out and riots erupted such as Shays Rebellion, which consisted of farmers and veterans that ransacked a bank in hopes of getting what was owed to them from participating in the Revolutionary war.
