Why did hamiton believe that weathly americans were necessary their debates about the economy in terms of interpreting the consitiution

Hamilton wanted to strengthen the economy by paying the nation's debts, establishing a bank, and taxing individuals. The wealthy had lots of money to invest in the government and buy bonds which would help the federal government get money.

Do you have more info about it ? i doubt this is the answer because i don't have all the information but if trouble was brewing in a clinic maybe it was an argument as to which clinic was better or smth of that nature
