words, describe the Continental System.

The Continental System was set up by Napoleon Bonaparte, which saw to the French blockading Great Britain from having access to the rest of Europe. It also saw to trading routes for main European countries to trade in between each other. However, it was not as effective, as Great Britain had significantly better navy, which enhanced their blockade, as well as provided them with blockade runners. The Continental System, at the end, was a failure.

the answer is: the sesquicentennial of the american civil war is an occasion to consider the legacy of that great conflict. this legacy is our inheritance, and despite many indelible features, we continue to negotiate the resolution of that conflict. the civil war was fought over slavery, but not always on behalf of slaves

abraham lincoln was the president of usa and he had asked the audience to make a pledge on equality.

his pledge was:

“it is my earnest desire to know the will of the providence.”

lincoln also had hatred for people who condoned and practiced slavery and so he pledged:

""and if i can learnt what it is i can do it"" this is another pledge by abraham to reassure the congregation on how to deal with the providence will.
