People started to rely more and more workers. Companies have created factories and machines that could have done things in a shorter period of time. Women and African Americans started to apply jobs, especially when many filled in during WW1. The economic growth was very good. The stock market was at its summit until the Great Depression. Overall it gave people a little more money.
