Ethnic diversity can be both an asset and a disadvantage. While diversity allows culture to spread and create new customs and blending, it can also cause other cultures to clash in beliefs and cause discrimination between different the groups. For example, religions can be very different and can clash when it comes to the different gods and customs that pertain to each religion. That can cause a ruckus between different beliefs.
